SaaStr Europa 2022 will take place in Barcelona at the International Convention Center right on the sea! We’ll leverage the outside and open-air areas of the venue to create a festival-like feel with activations either outdoors or in open air sections of the venue,

Can I volunteer at SaaStr Europa?
Yes! A successful event wouldn't be possible without our volunteers! All volunteers will get free passes to the event and will get a unique opportunity to work with Saastr Europa organizers, attendees, speakers and partners. Learn more here.
If I cannot make it, can I receive a refund on my order?
We have a 24-hour worry-free policy. If within 24 hours of your ticket purchase you realize you are unable to attend please contact europa@saastrinc.com. If this window has passed, we strongly suggest finding a friend or colleague to utilize your ticket.
Can I transfer or assign my ticket(s) to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket. To do so, email europa@saastrinc.com with a copy of your ticket number or email confirmation, along with, the new attendee’s name, email, title, company, and phone number. Please note, tickets can only be transferred to another ticket holder without any additional fees until May 1st. Any ticket transfers made after May 1st will incur a $25 transfer fee. Transfers will be accommodated through June 1, 2022.

Prior to the Cut-off date reservations can be modified and canceled on-line for the conference period as long as rooms from the contracted block are available.
After, the cut-off date ALL reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a 100% room deposit non refundable. Once reservations are confirmed via Marriott.com, 100% cancellation fee will apply and charged to the Credit Card given as a guarantee by the guest
How can I apply a discount code to my order?
To apply a discount code to your order, choose your desired ticket type and quantity first. After doing that, click ‘Enter Promotion Code’ above ‘Order Now’. When the text box appears, enter your code and click ‘Apply’. Finally, click ‘Order Now’. Please note, SaaStr honors one discount code per ticket and that we are unable to (re)apply additional discount codes to previously purchased tickets.
